What is "Triple Redundant Servers"?
Triple Redundant Servers is a term we
use to identify Three (3) separate servers located in three separate
cities in varying geographical locations across the united states. With
two servers located in Mid-West United States, two servers located on
the West Coast and two servers located in South Central United States,
your website is guaranteed to have no more than 10 minutes of downtime a
month. That is the time it takes us to redirect from one location to
another in the event one of the servers fails or one of our locations
has a power failure or natural disaster.
Who "owns" the website and domain?
Copyright and ownership of websites
designed by YCS Global, LLC and domain names used to
access those websites is retained in full by YCS Global, LLC. The client is assigned rights of use to the website during
the period of time in which the client account remains in good
standing. For a copy of our standard business contract, contact our
offices.
*Server Upgrades may require
longer periods of downtime. If this is necessary, YCS Global, LLC will make every effort to notify you or your organization at
least 72 hours prior to the outage.
